Great mental golf of lower scores

This first time, I started really tap into mental golf, was when I became aware that my body was, by simply ?feeling? my swing or stroke.


Is this really happened by accident one day while I was practicing my familiar. I me just mess autour, by shredding a number of balls, without thinking about any technical ?, especially because I was just being lazy at the time!


I suddenly realized I was or balls in the hole, or do the very hole! It made me stop and think for a minute ? that if I am with these amazing results, without thinking of my chip shots, I could surely this technique on my wheel, set of iron and other departments of my game.


Then, I tried this technique on the beach, while driving and playing iron shots. I also tried on my bunker shots and the green ? to my surprise, my results improved considerably! First, it was very difficult to not think about technique before each shot, but the more I relaxed, just letting my natural ?feel? take longer, more my improved results.


The theory of this technique is easy to explain, but for some of you, it may be very difficult to change your mindset to be technical focused, being inclined ?feel?. I am, however, convinced that this technique will improve your results, in the same way, that he has worked for me.
